Product & Sales Manager – Chemical Distribution

We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Product & Sales Manager to strengthen our commercial team within the chemical distribution industry.

Responsibilities

About the Role

As Product & Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of chemical products and customers across various industrial markets.

You will act as the key interface between suppliers, customers, and internal teams, combining product management with active business development and sales responsibilities.

You will work closely with international manufacturers and industrial customers, identifying new opportunities, developing long-term partnerships, and contributing to sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of chemical raw materials and specialty products
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within industrial markets
  • Maintain and expand relationships with customers, suppliers, and strategic partners
  • Negotiate pricing, commercial agreements, and supply conditions
  • Monitor market trends, pricing developments, and industry dynamics
  • Prepare quotations, forecasts, and market analyses
  • Support and coordinate with customer service, logistics, and procurement teams
  • Visit customers and suppliers regularly across Europe
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to profitable portfolio growth

What we are looking for

· Your Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the chemical industry or chemical distribution
  • Experience in B2B sales, product management, or business development
  • Commercially driven with strong negotiation and communication skills
  • University degree in Chemistry, Economy or Business Administration
  • Independent, proactive, and result-oriented mindset
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • German language skills are considered a strong advantage
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required
